Internal Innovation · Multi-Platform Integration
An internally developed “operating system” that connects the automation power of GoHighLevel with the best-in-class community experience of Circle — giving creators a complete ecosystem for funnels, onboarding, and member engagement.
Role: Product Architect · Systems Designer · Strategist
Tech Stack: Circle · GoHighLevel · APIs · Automations
Focus: New Offer / Internal Product Development
Community OS is a fully integrated system designed for creators, coaches, and community-led businesses who need their community, funnels, automations, website, onboarding, and client management to function as one cohesive ecosystem.
In the current market, there’s a clear gap: most “all-in-one” platforms either compromise on automation or deliver a poor community experience. Instead of forcing everything into a single tool, Community OS bridges two best-in-class platforms — GoHighLevel and Circle — and connects them through a unified architecture.
The result is a hybrid “operating system” that automates the business backend while preserving a clean, intuitive member experience on the frontend.
Timeline
Community OS is currently in active development, with beta rollout planned for early adopters in the coming months.

Instead of chasing a mythical “one size fits all” platform, Community OS embraces the idea that the best solution is often a thoughtful combination of specialized tools that work together.
Clearly articulated the core problem: creators are forced to choose between robust automation and a great community experience. No single tool was delivering both at a high level.
Creating a seamless Circle + GoHighLevel integration was difficult because the two platforms were never originally built to function as one product. Data structures, permissions, and workflows are designed very differently.
Solution: Created a universal architecture using tags, webhooks, and API calls to synchronize states between the two platforms so the user experience feels unified.
Most setups require someone to manually create a Circle account once a purchase is made — a process that doesn’t scale.
Solution: Built an automated flow where purchase in GoHighLevel triggers an onboarding workflow, which then calls the Circle API to create or update the user, apply the right spaces, and send access details automatically.
The idea of using multiple platforms can feel overwhelming for non-technical founders, even if the end result is better.
Solution: Packaged Community OS as a guided, done-with-you or done-for-you offer with:
Community OS is designed as a flexible foundation. Some items were intentionally left for future phases or separate offers, including:
Even though Community OS is systems-focused, it includes a documented structure that keeps everything organized and scalable:
The high-level process for implementing Community OS with a client follows a clear path:
Community OS is designed to become the operational backbone for community-led businesses. While it’s an internal product initiative, success is defined by the tangible improvements it creates for clients once deployed:
